CASP12 human predictors performance summary

The automatic evaluation was done for informational purposes only, it may be different from the official CASP12 evaluations.

Model score tables for the human target domains were downloaded from the CASP12 data archive. Four reference-based scores were used: GDT_TS, LDDT, SphereGrinder (SphGr) and CAD-score (CAD_AA). Additionally, z-scores and tournament-based scores were calculated as described here. Scores were accumulated for each human prediction group. The links below lead to the resulting tables that contain sums of scores and z-scores over several different sets of targets. Each column with z-scores is named "Z(score name)". Each table is initially ordered by the sum of GDT_TS z-scores, but can be reordered by clicking on column headers.
